BOSTON & CAPE COD VETERINARY SPECIALISTS
Relocating Management Team to Maximize Clinical Operations
Brief
Boston & Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists looked to Davin Technology Group to design and build out their new and modern office space overlooking the historic Waterfront of Plymouth, Massachusetts.
Overview
Boston & Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists had experienced explosive growth throughout the past two years which expedited the decision to relocate their management team to a new strategic location in order to increase their clinical capacity at their 24-hour emergency critical care center located in Bourne, Massachusetts.
Solution
We began by meeting with Boston & Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists' management team to outline and clearly define the project requirements such as timeline, budget, compliance, security, and connectivity.
We agreed to perform a ground-up buildout which included the design and deployment of a state-of-the-art wired and wireless network infrastructure, an industry-leading security appliance, cloud-hosted VOIP phone system, stunning 27-inch 5K Apple iMacs, HP multifunction printers for each executive, and migrations for various on-premise systems and applications.
Results
From start to finish the relocation and buildout efforts were completed in less than four weeks ensuring that Boston & Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists was up and running the day their management team arrived on day one.
